This morning I went to my interview for my job transfer.
I got it! I am so excited! In the next few weeks I will be transitioning between my old and new positions at work and I think that it will be a much better fit for me. I am excited about working with a bit of a smaller team and in a different way. I am hoping that this new job will fit me better and help me be more able to concentrate when I am off the clock on my personal life vocation. The other position that I have currently is a fine job that I am capable of completing, but it is not really an ideal fit as far as my goals and areas of interest go and I feel that this new position (while a learning curve is still involved) will be a breath of fresh air to me, which will greatly affect my creative process. I am so excited that I have learned recently that I do not have to make only "either/or" decisions, but that I can make "and" decisions. This is very freeing. Scarf status: fell asleep knitting it again last night... so close to finishing! Schedule for myself until I fall asleep tonight will include an after work shower and more of the scarf : )
