About how my Art Nurture Journey began
I have pursued a lifelong passion for all things creative and spent my college years studying studio art.
Throughout my years of professional creative pursuit I recognized and experienced many of the struggles and hurdles along the way. Those struggles can dull the creative spark and lead to creative discouragement and burnout.
I began Art Nurture as a blog, several years ago, as a way to document the creative journey and to share my found solutions with those who were facing similar hurdles.
Since then, the journey has led me to helping people through 1-on-1 Creativity Cultivation Sessions, leading workshops on Nurturing Creativity, and a book (Art Nurture: The Simple Guide to Cultivating Your Creativity)!
I couldn't be more thrilled to be helping people connect with their own unique form of creativity. I love watching my clients realize they are artists at what they do and feeling more passionate and focused to continue with intention & purpose!

About my approach to cultivating creativity
I view cultivating creativity as a process in which we engage. It is simple as nurturing a seed to grow but can be oh-so-difficult when we go it alone. Even though much of our creative work is done internally, it is incredibly beneficial to have someone guide you through the process.
This process is unique and is about you. It is about getting to the root of all of those things that are uniquely you (your passions, desires, interests) and knitting them together to find your unique art and your way of expressing creativity.
