Too tired!

I did not finish the scarf last night! I completely forgot that I had been awake at 4:45 AM to run a 9.3 mile race earlier in the day. I definitely fell asleep while knitting with my knitting helper the "Nifty Knitter". Yes, the "Nifty Knitter" can help the knitting challenged to make lovely pieces of nifty knit-work!

Again, I need to remind myself to be gracious with myself. I did work on it a bit, after all.

Today, I worked a double shift at work. Tomorrow morning I have an interview to transfer to another position within my company that will hopefully be a bit of a promotion as well as allow me a bit more of a flexible schedule to pursue an internship opportunity this summer at Asheville Museum of Art with the summer Art Education programs. I hope all goes well and that this is a good step forward for me in my balance or art and life and life as art.

Perhaps I will again niftily knit myself to sleep with sweet dreams knowing that my hands worked on making something today.
