Here we find ourselves, the first week of the New Year ending and the second beginning already. Some of us may have just gotten started on our hopeful or lofty New Years Resolutions, while others of us may have already counted them spoiled.
I shared with you all that December was filled with flu and congestion for me, thus getting me rather behind on my regular "stuff" and not really helping me get set up for the "New-Years-Resolution-Kickstart-Your-Life-Hit-The-Ground-Running-Type of-Thing". So, I am back to myself health wise and feeling newly resolved to just get back to my regular groove. No more lofty than normal. Nothing too dramatic for me. Mostly I am just thankful to be breathing through my nose again without the aid of nasal sprays and tissues. Perhaps you are in a different place than I have been and you have more energy and different goals and resolutions for your new year, whatever it is, do it well and do it with self-care and love. For those of you who have shared with me that you wanted to be a part of the Kickstarter campaign but missed the deadline, I have created links for you to pre-order Art Nurture: The Simple Guide to Cultivating Your Creativity, and be a part of the first printing! Pre-order the Ebook or Paperback! Also, check out the article that just came out last week in Verve, a publication local to Asheville, sharing about my own journey with art and how Art Nurture came about. I hope you enjoy!

"If preparing to work with Court you should know that you will be challenged to be your best self and you will be given tools for how to do so.
You may also find yourself realizing dreams and vocations that may have been easier in the short term to keep hidden, but overall will allow you to embrace this creative part of yourself and live more fully." -Faith Josephs |
