Creativity and Innovation

I recently found an amazing blog through the website for Psychology Today. Mark Batey, Ph.D. is author of the blog "Working Creativity: Tapping into your everyday genius." His recent post entitled "Is Creativity the Number 1 Skill for the 21st Century?" is amazing and brings up 7 useful points on this topic. #2 is my favorite;  "Creativity is part of all our day jobs". I strongly recommend reading this article, especially you had been curious about whether or not nourishing creativity was really a useful venture. Apparently creativity is for everyone! I'm glad to hear it, because I've thought that for a long time.
