Changing leaves, switching gears

I've noticed a lot going on recently. In my life and in the lives of those around me. A number of friends have had changes in their careers, they have moved or they have begun families of their own. Fall is definitely a time of change. I feel like October is always the most busy month of the year; one of the most exciting and not just because my birthday is around the corner. It seems that so many things are going on and people are shifting gears and gearing up for a new phase in their lives.

I realized I started this journey in nourishing myself creatively each day, a little over a year ago. I can most definitely notice a difference in myself both personally and professionally and I feel the joy of this exploration is feeding me daily. I cannot wait to continue. I hope that it is also helping others as I document this process. My hope is that each person can find their own art to nurture and to nurture themselves in the process.
