So, yesterday, I learned to boulder... well, at least a little bit. Apparently, "bouldering" is rock climbing without ropes and is considered more of the "sprint" of the rock climbing world. As this was my first time scaling any sort of surface, we hit the rock climbing gym in downtown Asheville, Climb Max. My friend, Ben (a very experienced climber), was kind enough to be patient with me and teach me some of the basics. I am a little scared of heights, but I have to admit, I had a lot of fun and didn't really think about the height at all! So, now that I have been so busy, learning new things... it is time now for something that I underestimate the creative powers of: REST!

You may also find yourself realizing dreams and vocations that may have been easier in the short term to keep hidden, but overall will allow you to embrace this creative part of yourself and live more fully." -Faith Josephs |
