Love this...I most definitely sense a feeling of 'growth' when I work on certain creative projects. It really is like reaching toward the sunshine, and when you are in that state, other people take notice, too. Brilliant! xo

Congrats on your book! For me, being in flow feels like "the zone." It's like everything clicks and I express freely from the core of me. It's hard to explain!

Leanne, Thanks so much! I am excited about the book too : ) Feeling in "the zone" is amazing! I love it when things click into place. One of my favorite books about this is "Flow: The Psychology of Optimal Experience" by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi. It talks about what is really going on when all of those things align and click into place to a point where we find ourselves in "the zone". Super interesting study!
